Job description

You will join an inclusive-supportive team that works well together to provide care to people with different conditions, from learning disabilities, autisim, mental health and many more. Whether you have experience as a support worker or care worker, you will use your knowledge and skills to help support people lead a valued and fulfilled life.

  • As a support worker, you will be involved in the day to day support and routine of the people within the service including
  • Providing high standards of care and support for service users, in line with care and support plans
  • Encourage good community relationships by promoting a variety of activities.
  • Accurately report, record and maintain records as required and working to care plans.
  • Liaise with health professionals and their families.
  • It can be quite a challenging environment at times, so a positive attitude, compassion, resilience, and vigilance are important. But it is hugely rewarding to see people improve; being able to do something today that they couldn’t do last week because of you.
