We currently looking live in carer. Who work on a two weeks on/off schedule. We're looking for Care Professionals who may already have experience as a Support Worker, Home Care Assistant or in Domiciliary Care. We would also welcome those who have had experience caring for family members to apply.

Being a Live In Care Assistant means you need to be adaptable, personable but ultimately put others first. Your role may include:

· Companionship

· Helping with personal care

· Helping with mobility around the home

· Overseeing medication and providing medical support

· Helping with housework such as cleaning and vacuuming

· Preparing and cooking meals

· Running errands such as food shopping or picking up prescriptions

Care Assistants need a Valid UK Driving Licence (with access to a vehicle for work purposes or clients car). Care Assistants must have the Right to work in the UK.

Job description

  • As a support worker, you will be involved in the day to day support and routine of the people within the service including
  • Providing high standards of care and support for service users, in line with care and support plans
  • Encourage good community relationships by promoting a variety of activities.
  • Accurately report, record and maintain records as required and working to care plans.
  • Liaise with health professionals and their families.

Job Description

The care worker’s role will include:

  • Assisting with personal care (washing, bathing, dressing, toileting and mobility assistance)
  • Assisting with meal preparations
  • Assisting with administering medication
  • Assisting with moving and handling
  • Working to care plans and completing daily paper work
  • Assisting with shopping and support to access the community
  • Assisting with light domestic duties.

  • Working week : Full time and part time hours, also evenings, weekends and night shifts are available

  • All qualifications, training and development courses are done in house and are cost free to employee providing they stay with the company for 12 months.
