Health Care Assistant

Our services where possible can be tailored to our client’s needs, we have a dedicated team of staff in the office from rostering to compliance who work together with families in keeping our clients in control of their own care where possible.

Job Description

The care worker’s role will include:

• Assisting with personal care (washing, bathing, dressing, toileting and mobility assistance)
• Assisting with meal preparations
• Assisting with administering medication
• Assisting with moving and handling
• Working to care plans and completing daily paper work
• Assisting with shopping and support to access the community
• Assisting with light domestic duties.

Required skills

• Team player but also be able to work on your own initiative

Other information

• Working week : Full time and part time hours, also evenings, weekends and night shifts are available
• Weekly pay
• Pay is competitive
• Driving License – Preferable – however non drivers will be considered for walking routes depending on experience
• All employees also go through various other care related education courses free of cost to employees.
• All qualifications, training and development courses are done in house and are cost free to employee providing they stay with the company for 12 months.
• Uniforms, ID badges, PPE equipment etc all provided by Flexncare at no cost to the carer.
